The Centre for Electron Microscopy and Materials Science (CEMMS) is an interdisciplinary hub for research, teaching, and services, supporting researchers and industry across New Zealand. As the University of Auckland’s primary electron microscopy facility, CEMMS houses unique national capabilities, including New Zealand’s first Focused Ion Beam SEM and only Hysitron Triboindenter.
